Three phases, three agents, one board: a researcher gathers facts, a planner turns them into small tasks, a builder implements them one by one, and you approve the plan before any code is written.

What's inside

• Planner (Claude Code) leads both other agents over its arrows and owns the plan.
• Researcher (Gemini CLI) looks through the codebase and the web and writes what it finds into the Findings note.
• Builder (Codex CLI) implements one task at a time.

How to use

1. Import into your project.
2. Write the goal into the Planner's pasted prompt and press Enter.
3. The Planner stops after the plan is on the board and asks you to approve it before the build phase.
