- Who processes the data: the NeuroSquad team, which runs neurosquad.ai, docs.neurosquad.ai and app.neurosquad.ai (contacts at the bottom of the cookie policy), and, on its behalf, ООО «ЯНДЕКС» (Yandex LLC), INN 7736207543, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow 119021, Russia — the provider of Yandex Metrica.
- Purposes: counting visits and understanding how the websites are used, in order to improve them; with session replay — seeing how pages are read and where visitors get lost.
- Data: cookie identifiers and the data Metrica stores in the browser, the IP address and the approximate location worked out from it, the browser, operating system, device type and screen size, the pages visited, the referring site, the links followed, the date and time; with session replay, also scrolling, pointer movement and clicks on the page.
- What is done with it: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access) to Yandex, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, automatically.
- Transfer abroad: if you are outside Russia, the data are transferred to Yandex in Russia.
- How long: until you withdraw the consent, and no longer than 12 months — after that the sites ask again.
- How to withdraw: Cookie settings at the bottom of any page → “Reject all”, or switch a category off and save; or write to us. Metrica stops at once and its cookies on our sites are deleted. Withdrawing does not affect the processing done before it.
- You give this consent freely, of your own will and in your own interest; it is specific, informed and unambiguous. Refusing it does not limit your use of the websites.
