Worktree Crew: Lead + Parallel Workers

A lead agent splits a big change into independent tasks and runs two workers in parallel, each in its own git worktree, so they never overwrite each other's files.

What's inside

• Lead (Claude Code) plans, assigns tasks over its arrows (agent_send / agent_wait), reviews each worker's diff and merges.
• Worker A (Claude Code) and Worker B (Codex CLI), in the Workers frame, each created in its own git worktree on its own branch (agent/…).
• Task board: a kanban board the lead and both workers read and update.
• Squad status: who is working, who waits for you, which model each one runs.
• Merge terminal: where the lead merges finished branches and runs the tests.

How to use

1. Import into a git repository (with no repository, the workers simply share the project folder).
2. Describe the goal in the Lead's pasted prompt and press Enter.
3. Watch the board; the lead asks you before merging anything that changes public APIs or data formats.
